Audio guide

Your guide, in every attendee's ear

Three screens, each for the person who uses it: the attendee who listens, the guide who speaks and the organizer who sets it up and pays for it.

Free up to 5 people at once. No card needed.

For the attendee

  • They join by scanning the room's QR code: no apps, no sign-up.
  • One big button: “Listen”. Volume control and an option to keep the screen on.
  • If they switch from Wi-Fi to 4G, it reconnects on its own in seconds.
  • Works on any recent phone (iPhone and Android) and on computers.

For the guide

  • They open their link (or scan its QR code), test the mic with the level meter and start broadcasting.
  • Phone mic (with noise reduction) or an external mic with no processing, for minimum latency.
  • See live how many listeners there are and the quality of their connection.
  • Pause, resume and end; the QR code always at hand to show on screen.

For the organizer

  • Rooms in no time: one link for the speaker and another, with its QR code, for the audience (download it or print it as an A4 poster).
  • The guide doesn't need an account: send them their link and they're live. If you prefer, invite them to the team and they sign in with their own user.
  • Usage per room and per broadcast, with listener peaks.
  • Passes, cards and invoices in the same app.

Real-time audio

  • WebRTC with Opus at 48 kHz, short packets and forward error correction (FEC).
  • Our own audio server in Europe that forwards the voice without re-encoding it.
  • End-to-end latency of 100–200 ms under normal conditions.
  • TURN over TLS on port 443 for networks that block audio.

Payments without leaving the app

  • Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay with Stripe, built into your account area.
  • Buy the pass for the day you choose, and change the start day as long as it hasn't started.
  • A 10% margin if more people connect: nobody is ever cut off mid-event, and we'll let you know.
  • Invoices with your billing details, downloadable as PDF.

Clear capacity

  • It counts the people connected at once, adding up the audio guide and the intercom.
  • The guide or speaker doesn't count, and rooms are unlimited.
  • A reconnection from the same phone counts as the same person.
  • Anyone who drops and comes back within 5 minutes always gets in, even when you're at capacity.

Privacy

Attendees don't sign up. We only store a random identifier from their browser to count how many people are connected and how long they listen.

Infrastructure in Europe

Servers in the EU, close to your events, with daily backups.

What about your crew?

Coordinate them with the intercom: channels, positions with QR codes and a matrix to decide who listens and who talks. A channel can reach the audio guide's audience.
