Service

avcommz, by [COMPANY NAME], allows event organizers to broadcast live audio that attendees listen to on their phones.

Account and use

The organizer is responsible for their account, their guides and the content they broadcast. Broadcasting unlawful content, or content without the necessary rights, is prohibited.

Price and passes

• The service is paid for with passes for consecutive days, based on the number of people connected at once (audio guide listeners and intercom members). Below the free limit shown on the website, no pass is needed.
• Each pass starts at 00:00 on the start day chosen when buying it and ends at the time shown on the website on the day after its last day. The start day can be changed as long as the pass hasn't started.
• If more people connect than the pass covers, a margin above it is allowed and the organizer is notified; beyond the margin, no more people can join until the pass is upgraded. Nobody already connected is ever disconnected.
• The guide does not count as a connected person.

Availability

Every effort is made to keep the service running, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed when there are causes beyond our control (attendees' or venue networks, providers).
