How it works
People connected at once are what counts
Audio guide listeners and people on intercom positions are added together, across all your rooms and intercoms.
Consecutive days, from the day you choose
A pass starts at 00:00 on its first day and ends at 6:00 AM on the day after the last one, so late-night events don't get cut off.
You can change the start day
If your dates move, change the start day from your account area as long as the pass hasn't started.
A 10% margin, nobody gets cut off
If a few more people connect than your pass covers, up to 10% more can still join and we'll let you know. Nobody already in is ever removed.
Unlimited rooms and intercoms
Create as many as you need: only the people connected at once count.
The guide doesn't count
Whoever speaks in an audio guide room (the guide or the speaker) doesn't take up a place on your pass.
Which pass do you need?
Tell us how many people will be connected at once and how many days your event lasts, and we'll find you the cheapest pass.
People at once
Duration
Count the most people connected at the same time, not the total for the day: if groups take turns, enter the largest one. The guide or speaker doesn't count.
People at once
90
80 listeners + 10 on the intercom
