What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We also use the browser's local storage, which works in a similar way.
What we use
This website only uses technical cookies and storage, which are essential for the service to work. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Our own cookies
- Session (better-auth.session_token and better-auth.session_data): keep you signed in to the customer or admin area. They last up to 30 days or until you sign out.
- ag_idioma: remembers the language you choose. Lasts 1 year.
- ag_cuenta: remembers which account you are working with if you have access to several. Lasts 1 year.
- ag_tema: remembers whether you choose the light or dark theme on the audio screens (listener, guide, intercom and audio hub). Lasts 1 year.
- compra_licencia: only if you buy a license without signing up; it lets the browser you pay with enter your new account once after payment. It is deleted when used and lasts 2 days at most.
- When you sign in with Google, a temporary security cookie is also used during sign-in only.
Browser local storage
- Device identifier: a random code to recognize reconnections from the same device when listening or using the intercom, so the same person is not counted twice.
- Intercom preferences: your name, the last channel and whether you accept calls, so you don't have to enter them again.
- Audio hubs: the sound cards chosen on that computer.
They stay in your browser until you delete them.
Third-party cookies
- Stripe: when you pay, Stripe uses its own cookies (for example, __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid) to prevent fraud and process the payment securely.
- Cloudflare: may use technical security cookies (for example, __cf_bm) to tell legitimate traffic apart from automated attacks.
Consent
Since they are all technical or necessary to provide the service you request, they do not require your consent (Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE). If we ever add other types of cookies, we will ask for your consent before using them.
How to delete them
You can delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings. If you delete the session cookies, you will have to sign in again; if you delete the device identifier, the next time you connect you will count as a new device.
